The total cost depends on a number of key factors such as the size of the property, design type, materials and other site considerations. However, our average price bracket for the houses we build can range between $150k-450k.
We limit the number of homes we build each year to ensure 100% commitment to your project. As with the cost, the duration of our projects will depend on a number of factors but as a general guide our build time is approximately 6-8 months from the start date of construction.
We have a list of standard and premium inclusions which can be customised to your specific requirements. We select our materials locally from trusted suppliers to provide our customers with the highest quality inclusions.
Our team is largely based in the North and West regions of Melbourne. We build in many areas from established inner suburbs to new estates, such as Arramont in Wollert or Merrifield in Mickleham. Please feel free to contact us for any projects outside of these areas.
