Our 3-step process
The journey of building your new home can be an exciting but daunting process. You can rest assured that our team will ensure this process is as smooth as possible by providing trusted advice and guidance throughout our 3-step construction process.
During our initial consultation meeting with you, we will discuss your project brief which may include the below:
- Whether you choose our existing architectural plans or already have your own
- Location
- Site considerations such as developer/council requirements and soil conditions
- Budget
- Floor plan requirements
- Design style
- Exterior and Interior finishes
During this stage we will ensure all documentation has been provided and approved ready for a building permit. Once a building permit has been received we will be able to schedule the commencement of construction.
The construction phase comprises of five main stages:
- Base
- Frame
- Lock-up
- Fixing
- Completion and handover
Throughout the construction phase our team will keep you informed with regular updates on the building progress of your new home.
